Get Inspired!

Motivation is a great tool however its temporary and usually to do something you don’t want to do.

Inspiration is having hope, engage in your creative juices, and a desire to do it.

What inspires you? Ask yourself 3 times, why am I so inspired?

Now ask yourself it emphazing the ALL CAPS word?

WHY am i so inspired?
why AM i so inspired?
why am I so inspired?
why am i SO inspired?
why am i so INSPIRED?

I am sure you got at least one answer and you feel better than 2 mins ago. Inspiration is an emotional muscle and you got to train it to build it. Know what inspires you. Is it connecting to nature? Is is going to see and hear the oceans? Or the mountains? Is it watching an inspirational movie? Is it talking to your coach, mentor, or a good friend? Is it through relaxation and meditation? Is it listening to inspirational music?

What inspires me is to do a quick meditation letting go and doing 10 power breaths on 1 sec breathe in, 2 sec hold, 4 sec breathe out. Then turning on inspirational music and seeing the beautiful magestic mountains from my home office or going to the beach and see and feel the ocean breeze.

What’s your favorite inspirational moment? Please share in the comment section.

Wishing you an inspiring day, week, month, year, and life!

    Hello Eiji,

I have been waiting for your blog posts my friend. So happy to turn on my twitter and found your tweet =)

    What inspires me greatly WOW!
I guess so many things..But lately just living & breathing. I am so glad to be given each and every day to live my life totally brand new. I am super grateful to God the Universe for every little thing. Awakened Inspiration is what I prefer to see it as. Being Thankful inspires me greatly. Moving through self-evolution and creating a wonderful canvass in this magnificience ART called “life”. Just enjoying every bit of it with every step, every breath, and every moment.

    Thank you for asking =)

    Hello Eiji…

What truly inspires me is being in nature. I just feel so in tune, creative and at peace whenever I am visiting one of God’s garden or landscape. Then I am able to breathe deeply and feel immense gratitude for all the beauty there is in life, and truly feel unconditional love. Mother nature never ceases to nourish my spirit.

    Thank you my friend…

Hi Eiji, I strangely found your question “Why am I so inspired” not so easy to answer. Not because nothing inspires me, but because it always changes. To me inspiration is something that leads me into that state of being inspired, which is that beautiful state where I do what I love, losing track of time, where everything is working, a state of being in the flow, where I do not think but just follow the nudge to do the next thing with reckless abandon. Playing music with friends in front of appreciative audience, walking alone on the sandy beach, sitting in awe watching the beautiful South Island scenery, taking nature photos, spirited driving in twisty back roads, reading inspirational book and blogpost that resonates very strongly with me… are some of the experiences that inspires me. Thank you for asking the question – it helps me knowing myself better.

    Peace & Blessings,
    Andre

  5. Thank you Lina! That is beautiful! Nature is one of my favorites and the feeling of connection is so powerful words can’t do it justice.

  8. Thanks Paul for stopping by!

The most important thing I’ve learned about motivation is that motivation follows action.

Take action without thinking and you will notice yourself get more motivated and the momentum kicks in. I love that feeling.

You my friend are definitely inspired and your blog shows it.

Inspiration is what makes us jump out of bed in the morning! =)
