Eiji, My favorite was No. 7, scheduling time for yourself to play. While it takes being in a comfortable place with someone you trust, allowing that inner child to come out and play is so gratifying. Enjoyed this even though it\’s not Valentine\’s Day. I\’ve been learning a lot lately about loving myself more.

What I really like is the Down to Earth way you put practical steps we all can apply to show love to ourselves.

I\’m learning to play more and it does make a big difference in my stress level.
