If you don’t celebrate, the little kid inside will throw temper tantrums and pout. We must reward our child inside for the work or they will not want to do the work the next time you ask.
Celebration is one of the 4 core values of Genius Squared Trainings (Integrity, Progress, Compassion, & Celebration)
Enjoy the video above which is taken from one of the weeks of our past Genius Mentorship Academy (GMA). The GMA is currently closed for registration.
In the meantime, if you’d like to get the full Celebration module, simply put in your email below. On the full training, there is a powerful visualization exercise that I use on clients to skyrocket your results.

Thanks Christine for stopping by!
I’m so thrilled that you got something new!
Most of life’s answers are reminders to what we already know and occasionally there are some new AHA’s that shifts how we live and who we are.
Like success breeds success, celebration breeds celebration.
Thank you for your comment!

Hi Eiji,
It’s very easy to keep pushing forward towards the next goal without acknowledging our achievements. Food for thought indeed!
Regards,
Andrew
Thanks Andrew! Yes it’s too easy, myself included.
When I coach top producers, without celebration and time to enjoy they experience adrenal burnout.
Either they get burned out or they get to the top of the mountain and ask “Is that all there is?”
So important to celebrate the smaller victories along the journey.

Hey Eiji,
Good stuff my man! You always offer so much value to your following. It is great seeing someone like yourself sharing all your wisdom with so many.
I really like your point on motivation vs. action. It all starts with action. If you wait to get motivated, it may never happen. Action creates future motivation based on positive results. Thanks for sharing that because I have never heard of it being said like that!
We appreciate you!

The feeling of appreciation is mutual.
Thank you for helping get my message out to more people. For that I will be forever grateful.
Isn’t it funny how many answers are counter logical?
Take action to get motivated.
Give what you need to receive.
Take it away to get people to say yes.
Depressed? Cheer someone else up and your depression goes away.
Help enough people get what they want and you will get everything that you want.
Thank you Dave and Dawn! You are great people.

Eiji,
Thank you for addressing the little kid inside. So many times we become stuffy grownups who fail to celebrate and enjoy the successes we achieve.
Thanks Darlene! Great to see you here again!
All pain is forgetting who we are, what we have achieved, and what we have.
Celebration is an external form of gratitude.
You are a great leader and celebration is a key component of leading any team. The team that plays together, stays together.
Wishing you even more successes!

Eiji,
Some of us need that reminder from time to time….as you said, it is so easy to continue to move forward on task without taking the time to celebrate even the smaller achievements along the way… Thanks so much for the reminder!
To your continued success,
Robin

It’s so important, yet I forget to do so! So now I have an excuse to celebrate huh? Everytime I accomplsih something I’ll pause and do so.
Nice post Eiji!

Great presentation and I like Jing! I learned something new today! I liked your idea about doing something for 1 minute. Taking action really is the key to reaching your goals. But celebration is very important too..
Thanks!
Hi Eiji!
Great post! I think it was Anthony Robbins I was listening to the other day that was saying something along the lines of what you’re teaching. I think it is important to motivate ourselves and to have some kind of action that gets our juices flowing!
Thanks Eiji!

Tony Robbins’ is my coaching mentor’s mentor who worked for Tony. I’ve been trained in the same technologies as Anthony Robbins Master Coaches and have crewed several of Tony’s events.
The power minute comes from Tony to do something for one minute to get started and create momentum.
It is a powerful tool to get into action. Look forward to seeing you again.

Hi Eiji,
thank you for your post.
I like the way you said that the kid within will start throwing a tantrum if we don’t celebrate.
Your suggestion to do the thing we have a resistance to for just one minute sounds good.
Thank you.
