We are all born geniuses yet de-programmed throughout life. In our coaching programs and training, we uncover the mental software programs downloaded by boys and girls at an early age.

The farther we are from who we truly are at our core, the more pain and suffering we encounter in our life.

Genius Squared Trainings was founded by Eiji Morishita in 2008.

The training company came to life because of two significant emotional events: 1) Overcoming depression and suicide and 2) Gaining back his mental health from a car accident.

Overcoming depression and suicide was a difficult challenge for Eiji. He became aware of how many people close to him were impacted by suicide. Two friends from college committed suicide and a close family friend’s son.

From his greatest challenge came his greatest gift. Eiji learned the secrets to overcoming depression and suicide to creating a bright future with a passion for life. Now he shares his message across the country and in his family’s homeland on the gifts of life. It’s his mission to do his part in eliminating suicides worldwide.

After overcoming suicide and creating meaning for his life, Eiji was faced with another challenge.

Back in 2007, Eiji was rear ended in an accident lost his ability to think and focus.

Eiji believed that he could heal himself physically if he had his mental capacities but that was taken away. He realized the lesson of being grateful for his mental health.

Eiji prayed and promised that if he ever received his mental health back, he would never take his mental health for granted again.

His prayers were answered.

From that point forward, Eiji became passionate about studying geniuses past and present to share the nuggets of wisdom so others will never take their mental health for granted. He discovered ways to harness the power of the mind to transform your vision into reality.

Our greatest challenges becomes our greatest gifts because of the lessons and gives us credentials to teach others so they will not have to feel the pain that you went through.
